Jessica Sommers is one of the co-founders and managing partners of Bright Peak Capital, a real estate investment firm based out of the Greater Seattle area.

As the head of financial analysis, Jessica utilizes her real estate and financial experience to significantly reduce risk and find the best opportunities to enhance property performance. Her attention to detail and critical thinking skills are utilized in all aspects of the asset, from locating and analyzing potential properties to remaining on-track and on-budget for property improvements.

Jessica has 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, including mortgage lending and operational management. She understands the relationship between people and their money and is genuine in her desire to help others build generational wealth. This unique blend of analytics and heart is the key to Jessica creating valuable relationships and financial trust with her partners and clients.

Brandy Sommers is one of the co-founders and managing partners with Bright Peak Capital, a real estate investment firm headquartered in the Greater Seattle area.

Completing his first single family real estate transaction in 2007 and then later becoming a landlord, he began to see the incredible potential of real estate. Recognizing that the single-family space was profitable, but a slow road to financial freedom that lacked scalability, he invested passively in his first multifamily property and hasn’t looked back.

As the head of Investor relations Brandy provides insight into the incredible power and diversification that Multifamily Investing offers to both new and seasoned investors alike.

His insights on emerging markets, property performance and taking advantage of tax benefits (previously exclusive to only the wealthiest investors) has helped people make informed decisions, so they can spend their time, how they want to.

Brandy has a long and proud history of service to our great nation, completing over 2 decades of submarine service (Silent Service) in the United States Navy. One of his greatest passions is helping people discover the road to financial freedom by making money while they sleep.

Adam Al-Soltani is a Managing Partner of Bright Peak Capital, a real estate investment firm based in the Greater Seattle Area. He is a driven leader who prioritizes long-term performance, sustainable fulfillment, and win-win scenarios in both his life and business dealings.

Adam is passionate about teaching and inspiring others to develop a growth mindset and attain personal excellence. He believes that through leading by example, adopting a go-giver attitude, and striving for excellence in all areas of life, he can inspire and guide others to do the same.

Growing up, Adam was exposed to the world of real estate ownership through his mother's self-management of 65 units in his hometown of Manhattan, KS. He developed a strong work ethic and discipline through helping his mother with her property.

His experiences ultimately inspired him to attain true financial independence and time freedom, which led him to discover the potential of investing in multi-family deals. 6 months after completing his college degree, he attended a Multifamily Mindset workshop, joined the elite network of real estate investors and has not looked back.
